SR- Serger Decorated Zipper Bag Class
Join us in February to create a serger-decorated zipper bag!
We will begin with a purchased plastic zippered bag
which the instructor will supply and we will recreate the base with rolled hem
stitches, flatlock stitches and a gathered piece in the middle.
This fun project will introduce you to using your rolled hem stitch,
your differential feed and how to adjust your serger to do a flatlock stitch. Make
sure to bring your manual as not all machines do this the same way.
This bag is lined with boxed corners.
These Classes are designed to help you become comfortable with your Serger,
meet others who share your passion for sewing/serging and to create something
fun and useful.

Class Fee
$10.00 deposit fee to secure your spot today and the $42.00 Class Fee is due before for the class. The class fee is a $42 check, (made out to the instructor), or cash. This must be given in person to Village Sewing at the time you sign up. When this is done, you will receive a class supply list either from Village Sewing or by an email from the instructor, you will need this for that month’s class. The class fee will be held until the date of the class. It is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or if you do not attend the class without notification. Exception: if your place is filled by someone on the waiting list.
