This is a beginner-level class designed to help you clearly understand how your serger works, so you can confidently troubleshoot the majority of problems that may arise when you are sewing at home.
During class, we will work through a workbook and make samples as we learn. My goal is for you to leave class feeling more comfortable and confident using your serger and understanding how it works.Â
A Paypal invoice will be sent to you within 2 days of paying the $10 non-refundable deposit to RSVP for the class.
$75.00 non-refundable fee must be paid within 2 days of receiving your Paypal invoice. If payment is not received withing that time, your instructor may cancel your registration so that another student may have the opportunity to sign-up.Â
- Your serger - please bring your serger in good working order, along with the foot pedal, power cord, and any/all serger feet you have for your machine
- 4 different colors of serger thread: yellow, green, red, blue (having four different thread colors will make it much easier to see and understand how the different threads travel through your serger during class.)
- The accessories bag that came with your serger - please bring all of the original accessories and tools included with our machine. This should include tweezers, spool caps, spool holders, and the tool to change your serger needles.
- Your serger manual if you have one
