Stock Availability Disclaimer:
While we make every effort to ensure that inventory is accurate, all orders are subject to stock availability at the time of fulfillment. In the event an item is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated restock timeframe. You may choose to wait for restock or request a full refund.

General Shipping Information

  • Our warehouse is located in California.

  • We do not ship outside of the U.S.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM PST will ship within 3 business days.

  • Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Ground shipping takes approximately 2 to 10 business days in transit, depending on the destination within the U.S.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Billing & Shipping Address

Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address. Please ensure all details are entered correctly at checkout. For security purposes, we reserve the right to verify billing and shipping information before processing an order.


Pricing Errors & Order Acceptance Policy

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product information on our website, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, even after an order has been submitted.

When a Contract Is Formed

  • A contract is typically formed when we accept your order, not simply when you receive an order confirmation email.

  • Our website terms state that an order is only accepted once the goods are shipped.

  • If a pricing error is found before shipping, we may cancel the order and notify you.

In Case of Obvious Errors

If a pricing error is clearly a mistake and it would be unreasonable for a customer to expect the price to be accurate, we are not obligated to honor it. This includes prices that are grossly lower than the market rate.
