Hand Sewing Class with Wildflower Sewing and Craft Studio
Spark your child’s imagination with this fun hand sewing class. Your student will learn the basic skills like threading, knotting and key stitches through a simple engaging project. They will choose from projects like: a felt animal, embroidery, zippered pouch or mini pillow that they will get to take home. They will use safe needles and thread to develop hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

Instructor Bio: Emily has been hand sewing for 35 years. Embroidering, altering, creating to make things that fit her size and style. She is a maker, mender, crocheter, and teacher. Emily shares her joy of hand-stitching with adults and children alike; teaching after school hand sewing class five days a week around Sonoma County with her business Wildflower Sewing and Craft Studio. Emily also owns Emily Marshall Custom Sewing where she sew custom slipcovers and soft home furnishing.
