Using the Palmer/Pletsch Beginners Sewing Pattern 

Join us as we embark on a delightful journey into the world of sewing, starting with the creation of a beautiful apron. This sewing class is uniquely designed to empower sewers with the skills and confidence needed to create a practical and stylish apron. The pattern is comprehensive, ensuring that each step is clearly explained for effortless understanding.  

Preparing for the Class 

To maximize our time during the session, it is crucial that participants cut out 

their fabric at home before attending the class. This preparation allows us to 

focus solely on the sewing process during our time together. The pattern, book, 

supply list, and detailed instructions on how to prepare for class will be 

available at Village Sewing Center starting Monday, April 28th. 

Class Details 

Cost: $85.00.  $10 to reserve space with Village Sewing Center.  $75 to instructor (must be paid 

in advance, either by cash or check, when picking up the pattern and book) This is a non-

refundable fee.  The class fee includes the class,  the pattern, and a wonderfully informative 

sewing book titled Mother Pletsch’s Painless Sewing, making it an invaluable resource for attendees.
